The breakfast had a variety of japanese and western food (like bread, eggs, salad). the choices are only tweaked abit daily. had breakfast twice and that is sufficient lest we end up eating repeated food too many times. location is <5mins away from the JR station. there are 3-5 malls around the station. dining options around the hotel are aplentiful too.

The rooms were spacious and clean. They have onsen/ spa and steam room. Very close to Toyama JR station and Dentetsu-Toyama station (for those going to the Alpine route) right beside each other. Also nearby are malls and food establishments.

Excellent location, within 5-min walk from the Toyama JR station. We had a good size room with everything clean and tidy. Good beds. Good hot bath and gym facilities. We had excellent breakfast in its restaurant. Food was fresh with a good balance of western and Japanese choices. The setting of the dining area was spacious and clean. Finally, the staff was great, helpful, decent and provided the kind of hospitality we expected.

So close to the train station (just a few street crossing), approx 2mins away. The hotel is so conveniently located to shops and you get an amazing view of the Tateyama mountains as you cross the street to get to the station-breathtaking view which we got to see every morning we were there! The hotel and rooms were well kept and very clean, room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were very courteous of course. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. I loved the unlimited mineral water. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was great, with plenty of options and friendly staff. Toyama water dispenser near our room was a great also and convenient. Public bath, by appointment, was a very nice option after a long day out. Hotel is at a great location, just 5 min walk from the train stations, making travels to Kurobe Gorge and Tateyama for the Alpine Route very convenient.

Very new and clean hotel. Room is very comfortable. Good faciilities including onsen and gym. Buffet breakfast has both western and japanese options. The front desk staff Ami Koizumi helped to recommend a restaurant for dinner and it was very good. The staff were all well trained and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was immaculate. The hotel is only a short walk from the bullet train station. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the gym has sufficient amount of exercise machine to keep fits. We can leave our luggage for the day with the hotel after we checked out for our stay.

good location and easy to excess to most of the tourist spots. Food around this hotel is nice only some food stalls are super famous until we need to visit 3 times than managed to get it.

Everything was great. Very clean. King room was of reasonable size and I liked the option to have shower only without a tub. Perfect location -- close to Toyama station, a Lawson downstairs. Breakfast was decent with a mix of local and western choices; and the staff was very friendly!
